Tujikomboe Microfinance Company (TCM) operates in Mbagala Dar es salaam. TCM is a newly established MFI (one year), striving for excellence to promote affordable microfinance in Tanzania.

Credit Officer Qualifications:
  • University/ College graduates
  • Below 30years of age
  • Residents of Temeke District preferably Mbagala Division
  • Willing to work 80% of their time in the field (informal settlement, business)
  • Have a passion for working with the informal sector
  • High integrity, commitment and hardworking

Accountant Qualifications:
  • University/ College graduate in Accounting
  • Conversant with Finance Solution or any other reputable loan tracking software
  • Below 30years old
  • Resident of Temeke District preferably Mbagala Division
  • Have a passion for working with the informal sector
  • High integrity, commitment and hardworking


Office Assistant (Mhudumu) Qualifications:
  • Diploma holder or an intelligent secondary leaver
  • Below 30 years of age
  • Customer service oriented
  • Resident of Mbagala area
  • High integrity, commitment and hardworking
