 Planning,organizingandexecutingcorporatesalesstrategies  LiasewithBranchManagersonCorporateSalesPerformanceforBranch  ResponsibleforMobilisingcorporatedepositatHeadOfficeandTPBbranches  Responsibleforcreatingcorporatesalesstrategiesexecution  DesigncorporateproductthatwouldsuitTPBcorporatesegmentandmoditytheexisting

productwheneveritsnecessary  Preparingsalesreportonweeklyandmonthlybasis  AnyotherdutiesassignedbytheimmediateSupervisor

KeyResponsibilities

MobilizingdepositsfromCorporatecustomers,networthcustomers,governmentandprivate institutions,NGOandSACCOS

Maintainrelationshipswithcorporateclients

Identifiesbusinessopportunitiesbyidentifyingcorporateprospectsandevaluatingtheirposition intheindustry;researchingandanalyzingsalesoptions

SolicitingchepdepositsfromGovernmentinstitutionsandnongovernmentinstitutionsand privatecompanies

Sellsbankproductsbyestablishingcontactanddevelopingrelationshipswithcorporateclients; recommendingsolutions

Maintainsrelationshipswithclientsbyprovidingsupport,information,andguidanceresearching andrecommendingnewopportunities;recommendingprofitandserviceimprovements

Identifiesproductimprovementsornewproductsbyremainingcurrentonindustrytrends, marketactivities,andcompetitors









Preparesreportsbycollecting,analyzing,andsummarizinginformation

Education: Bachelordegree/AdvancediplomainBanking,Economics,commerce, BusinessAdministration,FinanceorAccountingfromanyrecognized Universityorequivalent.

Experience/Skills  Thecandidatemusthaveagoodknowledgeofcorporatesalesin

fastmovingindustry. Bankingwillbeanaddedadvantage.

 Musthaveexperienceoncorebankingsystem.  Highlevelofintegrity  Excellentcommunicationandreportwritingskills  Abilitytoworkunderpressureandminimalsupervision  Personableandabletorelatetopeopleatalllevels
