The NHC/PPF IPS Building Company Limited is incorporated under the Companies Ordinance Law of the United Republic of Tanzania (Cap 212) to undertake real estate business. The Company which is jointly owned by the National Housing Corporation (NHC) and PPF pensions Fund (PPF), is keen to reinvigorate itself into a major player in real estate business.
The Company is seeking to recruit suitably qualified, dynamic and committed individuals to fill the senior management positions. The successful candidates are expected to take up the challenge of steering the Company to a higher level and thus lead it towards achieving its mission.
The Administrative Assistant shall be the Personal Assistant to the General Manager responsible for office administration, record keeping, secretarial and clerical duties.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Holder of a Diploma in Administration with a secretarial background. 
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet Explorer and MS Access programmes is essential. 
• Applicant should have at least three (3) years working experience in Administrative Assistant role in a reputable institution.
• Employment Terms:All the above positions are based on three (3) years contract renewable upon satisfactory performance.
