The NHC/PPF IPS Building Company Limited is incorporated under the Companies Ordinance Law of the United Republic of Tanzania (Cap 212) to undertake real estate business. The Company which is jointly owned by the National Housing Corporation (NHC) and PPF pensions Fund (PPF), is keen to reinvigorate itself into a major player in real estate business.
The Company is seeking to recruit suitably qualified, dynamic and committed individuals to fill the senior management positions. The successful candidates are expected to take up the challenge of steering the Company to a higher level and thus lead it towards achieving its mission.
The Finance and Administration Manager (FAM) shall report to the General Manager and shall have the overall responsibility of the company's financial management and accounting; budgeting and budget control; preparation of periodic financial reports; administrative matters including human resource management; and procurements.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the timely preparation of periodical financial, human resources and procurement reports.
• Liaising with external auditors and tax authorities
• Preparation, monitoring and evaluation of budgetary activities and forecasts regular analysis of results versus forecast
• Maintain a strong internal control environment to safeguard assets of the company from damage, loss or theft
• Assisting and advising management team in overall company operations and
• strategy
• Invest financial resources in ventures with optimal returns.

 Qualifications and Experience:

• The applicant should be a holder of a Degree in Commerce or Business Administration majoring in Accounting or Finance and must have professional accounting qualifications such as CPA (T), ACCA or its equivalent as well as knowledge of labour matters.
• Applicants should have at least 3 years working experience in a similar role in reputable institution(s). 
• Computer literacy and especially accounting and investment analysis computer models are compulsory.
